Choosing an office chair suitable for body health

In this article, we will try to explain how a healthy and ergonomic seat should be and what points should be chosen by paying attention to them. 1- Seat Height of the Font

The foot model that best suits the needs should be preferred. There should be a shock absorber for up and down movement in order to adjust the most reasonable heights according to the table height and body structure. Thanks to the mechanism, the front / back angle of the back and seat part can be adjusted depending on the seat model, and the forward / backward movements can be locked or released with the locking mechanism.
