SEAT
The seat is 44 kg / m3 density polyurethane cast sponge and the non-flammability feature of the sponge is 3 mm / sec (according to MVSS 302 Management). Under the sponge, a wooden laminated board is used for the seat and there is a plastic cover under it.
BACK
Mold-shaped polyurethane back supported.
MECHANISM
A mechanism that adjusts the seat up and down with the help of a piston is used.
SHOCK ABSORBER
Conforms to CLASS-4 quality according to DIN European Quality Norms and has a special absorbent stretch margin at first sitting on the seat.
WHEEL
It is a 50 mm diameter 11mm segmented screwless fittable wheel made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide material.
FOOT AND CIRCLE
It is made of DKP pipe with a diameter of 40 mm and a thickness of 1.2 mm and is covered with 30 micron chrome.
TELESCOPE
It is made of polyamide material that can be raised and lowered in four stages and mounted on the outside of the shock absorber. It provides an aesthetic appearance by working up and down with the shock absorber.
COATING
Our products have natural leather, artificial leather and fabric coating options as coating.
GLUE
The glue used in floor joints is a special solvent-based glue that can withstand temperatures of 60-800C. The product will be packaged and shipped in special boxes with double packaging.
